Buller Briggs Grandnational Engines

Buller has a complete line of Briggs engine packages built for your particular racing application. These blueprinted engines have all the lateset trick machining and inspections performed with accurate name brand equipment.

In 1998, we started to Cryogenically treat the dual ball bearing Briggs engine block. Advantages of this one time permanent cryo process include: stress relief, dimensional stabilization, increased HP at higher RPM, engine lasts up to 3 times longer and withstands higher temps.

Parts included with all of our Blueprinted and Grandnational motors include, low drag rings, heat treated spring retainers, billet lifters, a hardened ground Buller camshaft, throttle linkage assemble, Robertson header, spark plug, billet filter cup, aluminum chain gaurd and jet holder with 8 jets. We break-in your motor and “dyno tune” it on our computerized dyno/ accerlometer. This dyno tuning includes testing various ignition timings and jet combinations to find that perfect match for your engine. Included with the dyno chart will be the ambient air temp, air density, relative humidity, CHT, torque, RPM and of course, BHP

Buller Reed and Rotary Engines

With 30+ years of experience building eed/ rotary and open motors, Buller Built knows what is required to build winners. Look inside a Builler Built controlled or Sudan moor and you will clearly see the quality of workmanship and detail that goes into our blueprinting and Opens. On all our reed motors, the reed cages are cut to accept our own larger reed petals which dramatically increase flow. Cases are cut and contoured to maximize air flow to the cylinder. Cylinders have the port timings, sizes, angles, and volumes precisely adjusted to combinations tha we havefound to work the best in conjunction with each other.

Extensive dyno, flow bench, and track testing have been done by Buller Built on each of the currently homoligated motors. Each motor comes with complete break-in instructions including a bottle of Buller Break-In Oil. Also included is a detailed setup sheet dealing with pipe, air density, clutch, fuel, temp, oil, RPM and maintenence recommendations. Also, for a $50 free, we will break in your motor on uour computerized dyno,sccelometer and supply you with a dyno print out.

Buller SX-2 Yamaha Engines

After 20+ years of blueprinting Yamaha Kart Engines, we have developed a Yamaha blueprinted engine that is clearly superior, the SX-2!

The SX-2 has the main bearings counter bores clearanced to accept a double row, 24 ball main bearing. The crank is sleeved with a hardened steel sleeve to prevent wear. The intake and exhaust rts are reworked to a polished finish. All mechanical considerations are straightened and clearenced to the closest tolerances. The carburetor is blueprinted and set for your application.

Case volume, ignition timing, port volume and length, etc. are all taken into consideration to provide the ultimate combination working together in harmony. Each motor comes with complete break-in instructions, including a bottle of Buller Break-In OIl. Also included is a detailed set up sheet dealing with pipe, air density, clutch, fuel, temp, oil, RPM and maintenence reccomendations. Also, for a $50 fee, we will break in your engine on our computerized dyno/accelometer and provide you with a dyno print out.
