The Swiss Hutless “EVO-4”  four stroke chassis.
Based on the EVO-1 chassis with removable front axle, removable 3rd rail, 40mm axle with 2 main bearings, side pods, magnesium wheels, special E-Z mount seat struts and much more!

EVO-1 The most successful chassis in kart racing history continues, this winning design traces it’s roots to the World Champion Maximo and continues it’s winning ways into the next millennium.

EVO-2 Same winning design as Evo-1 with 1mm bigger cross tubes, removable front and rear torsion bars are now standard equipment.

EVO-4 Incredible 4 stroke chassis continues with accessory updates.

CORSA Replaces the MAX. Same winning design as before with1mm bigger cross tubes, removable front and rear torsion bars are now standard equipment.

Turbo Replaces the FORMULA C 125 chassis with accessory updates and removable front and rear torsion bars now standard equipment.

The Puffo

The Puffo kart is for the “child” in us all. With a wheelbase of only 770mm it is for the young beginner ages 5 to 8 years old.
Not meant for any class of racing and carries no CIK Homologation for racing. This kart is the perfect training ground for the future “Cadet” Racer.

The Mini

The Mini kart is developed for the Cadet class of racing and is suitable for drivers between the ages of 8 to 14 years of age. This chassis is approximately 10% smaller than a standard racing chassis. The modern A frame design is tailored to the lower horsepower classes, making it an easy and comfortable kart to set up properly.

The CORSA

The Swiss Hutless “CORSA” is the double bend version of the new for 2000 “EVO-2” model. This chassis has a short, straight section in the waist area giving it a slightly stiffer frame, making this a very fast choice on high speed, sweeping tracks, or for the heavier driver. Also new is the ‘C’ type front spindles, this design offers the driver or mechanic the ability to change the caster and camber by turning an eccentric cam.

The EVO-1 & The EVO-2

The Swiss Hutless “Evolution” is a further development of the world champion ‘Maximo’ model. This ultra modern single bend chassis has proven to be very fast and forgiving under all racing conditions. New is the ‘C’ system front spindle arrangement, giving the driver or mechanic the ability to adjust caster and camber quickly with the twist of an eccentric cam.

The Turbo

Designed for the 125 ccm gearbox class.   Thanks to numerous further developments by factory drivers, and by participation in all important 125 class races, we have succeeded in elevating our Formula C to one of the best gearbox karts.  A modern single bend design and an efficient 2-circuit brake system.

Despite all the technology, the Turbo model remains a kart that is simple and quick to set up.

The Belsta

The worlds best rental or indoor kart available bar none! Years of refinement and constant development have produced a virtually maintenance free kart. From it’s 40mm frame tubes to its robust Honda engine and transmission this kart is for the “Warrior” that surfaces in all of us when renting a kart!

The Rental

Same great features as the “Belsta” but more moderately priced new for 1999 is the center mounted Honda GX 200 engine. Engine is center mounted for safety away from “Inexperienced” drivers. New for 2000 surround the whole chassis with an unbreakable plastic “safety cage” to keep it safe from the “Warrior” style rental customer.
